Brief ToS
The art is just for personal use only (e.g. client may print art into physical good but for personal use only)
Artist may decline the request politely if needed
Notify the artist immediate if you booked via another website than tiktok
Price stated is a base price. Price may change due to complexity design or additional element (e.g. add pet)
Artist only accepted payment in USD (paypal) and RM (TNG, QR, transfer) only. For International client, pls pay via vgen or kirke.social website.
Artist only draw based on what client request before starting lineart
Refund only available before artist start doing lineart
100% upfront payment
(Optional) 50% upfront payment for art price at or more RM30/30$
Pls attach screenshot of payment when requested. No proof of payment, art will not start
Turnaround time: 4 days - 1 month. Artist will notify any delay if needed
Both client and artist need to maintain good behaviour throughout the commission. Any misconduct/misbehaviour will be blocked and reported.
Artist will use the comms. art with watermark. Do notify artist if u don't want it.

Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me (ketayap0), you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.1. General Terms
⦾ All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise specified and negotiated.
⦾ The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason. The artist is not obligated to disclose the reason for refusal.
⦾ By commissioning the artist, you are purchasing the artist's service only. The artist retains all copyrights to the artwork unless explicitly transferred.
⦾ Artist is open order for OCs, fanart, yumeship and other type of art. However, overcomplicated design/mecha, full nudity, heavily gore type of art is a 'no' due to limited skills and/or uncomfortable for the artist. Client is suggested to discuss with the artist to know further of artist's capabilities.
⦾ These terms are subject to change at any time. The latest version will always be in effect.2. Payment
⦾ Prices are listed in RM (for Malaysian client) or USD (for international client) and are subject to change based on the complexity of the request.
⦾ For Malaysian, payment is conduct via QR code/online transfer/TNG
⦾ For International client, payment will be conduct via paypal through artist's kirke.social @ketayap0 or vgen website @ketayap0
⦾ Do not send the payment using other third-party that is not verified by Kirke.Social and Vgen or not mentioned by artist ketayap0.
⦾ For below RM/USD 30, client required to pay 100% upfront payment before starting the sketching process.
⦾ For price and above RM/USD 30, client are given optional to pay 50% upfront payment (50% payment before sketching, 50% payment after rendering/completion).
⦾For every payment, client need to send proof of payment by sending a screenshoot of payment that show at least 3 items (i.e. total of payment, date, to whom it sends, time, bank/apps that use for the transfer). If client unable to show proof of payment, artist will not start the commission.3. Process and Revisions
⦾ The art process is according to below:
reference--> sketching/draft--> finalize the sketch--> lineart--> colouring--> rendering--> submission--> feedback
⦾ Client and artist need to maintain good behaviour throughout the commission process. Any negative behaviour (e.g. slur, racist, threat etc.) will be reported, blocked and posted into social media for other awareness.
⦾ Do attach complete reference, including pose, colour paletes, accessory (if needed). Artist will solely create art based on what the client provide and through communication during the sketching process.
⦾ For reference sheet, artist may reject AI picture to avoid future complication. Client may instead send stick figure, photo bashing, writing or any other media for reference sheet.
⦾ Client able to do 3 adjustment/ revision before the lineart phase. After the lineart phase, any other adjustment is decline politely.
⦾ Turnaround Time: An estimated completion time is around 4 -30 days, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The artist will notify you of any significant delays.
⦾ Further discussion are required if needed.4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
⦾ Refund and cancellation only available before the sketching process is complete.
⦾ Client may receive 100% refund if artist did not start sketching/draft, may receive 50% refund if artist in sketching/draft phase, and will not receive any refund (0% refund) if artist already start doing lineart.
⦾ The refund and cancellation is absolutely invalid after artist start doing lineart.5. Copyright and Usage
⦾ The artist retains all copyrights and may use the artwork for promotional purposes, including online and in publications with watermark.
⦾ Clients receive a personal, non-commercial use license, allowing them to post the artwork with credit, use it for personal projects, and print it for personal display.
⦾ Prohibited personal uses include but not limited to commercial reproduction/resale, altering the artwork without consent, using it for AI, NFTs, or claiming it as your own without credit.
⦾ If the artist believe that the client do any of type or form that may jeopardize artist's work and reputation, artist have permission to blocked, report and inform the client's misconduct into public without the client's agreement.
⦾ Commercial use requires purchasing commercial rights, with the license and fee agreed upon upfront.6. Delivery
⦾ Final artwork is delivered in digital file (PNG).
⦾ Client is required to send valid e-mail to the artist for submission purpose. Please mention to the artist if client want alternate platform to receive the art.
⦾ After receiving the artwork, it is encouraged to give feedback for artist's improvement.7. Confidentiality and Privacy
⦾ Client information is kept confidential.
⦾Artist only share client's username for their social media account for promotional purpose only.
⦾ If you want your commission to remain private, inform the artist in advance.8. Final Agreement
By commissioning the artist, you agree to these terms. Address any questions before payment.
